10 mins in La Salle

This afternoon, I was picked up late because mom used Edwin when they went to Alabang this afternoon. So I spent an 10 mins wondering around LSGH, and the next 50 at the CSD office.

While going around LSGH that afternoon, I remembered Grade 2, we were just there, running around while one of us pretends to be Obi Wan Kenobi, the other pretending to be Darth Maul, and the other going around pretending to be Jedi Knights. That was at the height of Star Wars Episode 1, everyone was addicted to it! What I disticntly remember in that memory, is a good old friend, Darren Castro. To all those who studied in LSGH since Grade 1 you should know him. He was one of my many best friends in GS. He had the body armor around him to protect him, he had some kind of sickness I never understood. He also copmeted in several contests, and ran for SCO as well. So bascially, both of us had the same mind set. And during the summer, summer before Grade 5, he called me up when I was in Bacolod. He said that he would leave for New Jersey in the next couple of weeks. So suddened by the messege, I spent my time with him, his last few moments in the Philippines, until he left at 5 am, a few weeks later...

Another one, is Marco Palomo. We knew each other during Grade 4, Archie introduced him to me. He was known as Macky and Quistis (Charachter in FF8 who he had a crush on). He was a really cool guy, Anime enthusist and the only guy who was with me in the regular classes (until Archie joined us in Grade 6). But, he left again just before the start of Grade 6 for Chicago. I wanted to attend the farewell party, but my parents didnt allow me. They said my cousins are leaving. Right now, I realize that even though my cousins are leaving, you will still see them. And as for Marco, I dont think I will see him again till he gets back here.

Thats what I get, remembering past memories, in just 10 mins. I wonder how both of them are doing now...
