A perpetual holiday is a good working definition of hell.
-George Bernard Shaw

All of you must have been expecting a post on the game earlier between DLSU and ADMU. Ill start my post first with something that got me to think, why am I doing all of these things if they are driving me nuts? I ask myself the question countless times and just a few moments ago, I crossed upon a quote by George Bernard Shaw, which ultimatly gave me the answer to my question. Yes a holiday is indeed needed, I need a holiday! But keeping it easy is already hell. Like for example, go to school and see a student who treats a school day like a holiday, when he goes home he either parties or plays video games, and on weekends he goes out, he doesnt study, no effort at all, isnt that a perpetual holiday? Yes it may seem so cool, a carefree life, but its only temporary as hell comes in the future. Which is exaclty why I am working overtime all the time, or running an extra mile. I can easily give up the HS Website, it is driving me nuts but I work harder for it, and as a reward I have been offere by some people to do websites for them. I can as easily give up the chess team, I go home late for that, but a scholarship in DLSU is up for grabs as long as I do better. And the SBMA, I can really give that up since like what most people would say, is useless, I dont get anything from it, and if ever I stop, that would mean an extra 2 to 3 hours of sleep, but I always make sure I am in every session, there i no better feeling than to be part of someones growth, and one day he may actually make a difference.

Okay, enough of that and time to discuss this afternoons game. This game really shut up those critics who have been saying so many bad things about Yeo. I have been a Yeo fan since 2002, way before his final four explosion against Ateneo during the 2003 season. He hit the 3 pointer to send the game into overtime against UST during 2002, which we eventually won. 2003 he did the same thing against NU and lead the whole team single handedly against the rampaging eagles durin the same year. The following year he was inconsistant, he scored had his ups an downs. And this year as well, remember how he lead us against UE? And the final four, just a while ago showed why he truely is the King Archer. We beat them, Yeo had 28 points! whatta game! A dunk by Yeo, a Dunk by Maierhoffer and a alley-oop from Yeo to Maierhoffer! Phew, doesnt get any better than that.

Right now, im pretty frustrated on how some Lasallians are bashing jancarlo in GA.net, I mean we won already, whats the point of continuing?

My post:

Guys we have beaten Ateneo already. If we lost today, I would have cried, when we lost to FEU by 1, I cried, when we lost to UE, I cried. May goodness, its only human to cry, and the eagles are in a very bad position right now emotionally, and we are simply aggrevating it. Is this how a Lasallian acts?? Shouldnt we be humble in victory and gracious in defeat?

Okay, you might say Im defending jancarlo and stuff, but the thing is we won, we beat them, we have proven we are better than them this season, isnt that enough for a Atenean to accept? That this year, we are better than them?
Okay enough about the game, we won and on to FEU on Thursday. And I will not watch (Miracle??!!) because we have a reunion. I am confident that La Salle will win though :P Animo La Salle!
