A well deserved break

After so many weeks of late nights and cramming, its has all boiled down to the best 3 hours of the past 3 weeks.

The rain was pouring like there was no tomorrow, so hard you can hear the loud splashes on the window from where I was seated. 3 of my classmates left before hand just to make sure they will get a good seat, yet I stayed behind, possibly praying for a good omen. It cam at the right time, when Ms. Kate turned on the OHP, there was a blue lining on the side, and it was fading out going to the center. Then my classmate said "See that blue? Ateneo will win today" but in contrast, I said to him "It merely means that the game will start close and end pointing to a La Salle victory". I never imagined that my bold prediction, with no actual basis was actually correct, just on the OHP.

An hour later, the bell sounded. I ran down the staircase, to the bandroom and off to Araneta. Though, a perfectly executed plan is difficult to follow, because not everything can go the way we want. When I was out, Edwin said he was still in Robinsons. That was too far especially if one runs after time, so me and Joshua walked all the way to the right turn in EDSA to catch up with the car then off to Araneta!

The officiaiting was bad, LA Tenorio is such a good actor! Hats off to him, but Ryan Arana is a better dancer! Shoes off to him (labo..). Anyway, the officiating was bad, some cases of being biased to Ateneo, examples include LA Tenorio's three point shot near then end of the first quarter, JC Intals hard foul on Peejay Barua, Joseph Yeo was called for an offensive and a traveling violation. Great!

Oh well, a win is a win, count your blessings right?
