Solids Curioius Thoughts

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately

Really, I have. Unusual, I know.

Last night, I was texting my friend who doesn't seem motivated anymore. Then I realized, I haven't enjoyed the school year as much as I enjoyed my first two years in high school. But, this school year hasn't turned out as bad as I thought it would.

So, after lunch today we had Cooking and Math. Cooking we wrote a poem using culinary terms just about anything. Then, something incriminating inspired me to write about something, before sanity sat in and told me not to do it. It had something to do with methods and combination. Yes, go figure.

Sir Vitus had another Vitus moment a while ago. If last weeks Pokemon wasn't enough, he thought of something new today. *if there are any mistakes here, I was asleep during Math time*

Sir Vitus: There is a Theorem for these Inscribed Angles. *writes on the board*"The measure of an inscribed angle is equal to one-half the measure of the intercepted arc"

Sir Vitus: The measure of an inscribed angle is equal to one-half the measure of the intercepted arc, hmmmmm, what does that mean? Here are examples*draws a circle on the board with an inscribed angle*

Sir Vitus: Let's say the measurement of the Arc is 50, what is the measurement of the inscribed angle?*the class obviously toying around with Sir Vitus*

Class: Twenty fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiivveeeeeee

Sir Vitus: What if the arc is 25?Class: Twelve point fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiivvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeee

*now, sir vitus thinks of a joke*Sir Vitus:: What if the arc is W?

Class: WEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH*sir vitus laughs at his own joke*

Class: V!

Thats this weeks Vitus moment.

I realized that I have a lot of things to look forward to next year. Like, by next year I can legally drive (oh yeah), I'll be a senior! I'll probably be more sabaw than ever before, oh and UAAP is back, and of course, Si Sir Si Ma'am, LSGH timeless classic of making fun of your teachers for one whole day (with aftershocks for probably their entire life), I haven't made some of my teachers forget dancing Pamela, Papaya, Jumbo Hot dog (We never let Sir Jon forget that) , teachers singing We Will Rock You, Pretty Boy, with their funny costumes. *Ms. Ginny in a leather suit, Ms. Esther in a fairy costume, Sir Jon being totoy bibo, Sir Ben's incomparable acting skills, Ms. Kate and Ms. Tin's unmatchable dance steps, Sir Francis' coconuts and a lot more* Next year is going to be great *evil grin*.

Oh, and Corolejo said I'm more sabaw than him *shit* am I that bad already?

About the drivers license I'll soon get, maybe I'll get a red car. After all, red looks good, or make things look good *i.e. red light district?*. Or maybe I'll get a green car. Bah, I'm dreaming again, back to reality.

I've also been thinking a lot about my not so far future. I now know Jaco's dilemma, I can't decide on a course.

Oh yeah, Ms. Tin gave me a loyalty test one day, whether I'd go to CSB or Ateneo. Yes, I chose Ateneo. She was surprised. I was surprised. Did I just say that? Shit! Then Anthony is right, I AM MORE SABAW than him. This is bad. Really bad. In other news, one of my favorite wingers in football is now at LA Galaxy, or at least by August. Making 250 million (repeat) MILLION dollars a year to play soccer. Thats... HOLEEH MOLLEH! 12.5 BILLION (repeat) BILLION PESOS. I'mma start playing soccer and try to get better, maybe up to his level. With my good looks and soon-to-be-amazing soccer skills, I'd probbly make the same amount of money soon. Then I promise to share my earnings to the poor. (This young, I'm already practicing for a Mr. Universe contest). *makapal mukha ko*

Year ender

Need to get my creative juices to work, to start thinking about what happened last year, and to blog it all in one sitting.

January: If I remember correctly this was the month when I worked on a video for teachers day. I’m glad to say my hard work paid off.

February: We played at school during TPA week. That’s the only real nice memory I had during the valentines month. And yes, no valentine either.

March: So long 2F, I worked on a video this time a message from the teachers to my classmates. Also studied for the 4th quarter exams. After the tiring, but fun, second year life, it came to an end with the party at the retreat house. I also remember playing Pinoy Henyo with the teachers once when I came for a visit. We also played at Vainsanity, the batch party of Jaco, Vince and Ogie’s batch.

April: Back to school for me, attending Summer Advanced Classes, and afternoon chess practices. I remember seeing Ms. Kate one day, and her childish tone saying “nerd” to me, and my other classmates. Only nerds study during summer. We also had our Kolumn Bar gig. Worst gig of the year, I think. My Bro’s mustache too, nice gig.

May: We went to Hong Kong ,shopped, went around, Hong Kong Disneyland, SeaWorld (or something like SeaWorld) and the hotel. I also went to intense (citation needed) chess training (according to the coach). I remember laughing, playing basketball, hanging around while the coach is busy screaming at Mikey. Our chess games were scripted, every game had the same moves, so much for intense training. And when the teachers started reporting, we noticed that Coach Jojo spent a lot of time at the cafeteria during lunch *cough* Ms. Jo-anne *cough*. Chess were definitely scripted. I also attended this crazy tournament, I didn’t do well (as if I expected to do well). And how could I forget Anjo’s gang jam? Thank God we found the house before the fuel ran out (Edwin had to push the car to the gas station, but he wasn’t that far away).

June: Back to school, hello 3rd year. Not bad classmates, I actually like my classmates. During the Month, the thing we prepared for, SOS Concert, finally happened. We raised some funds, and had fun. And this was also the month when I started to dislike the subject I love. Some people know why And, my best blog post for the whole year also was written during this month. > http://solid0718.multiply.com/journal/item/38

July: Birthday Month. NCAA Season starts (which actually ruined my birthday). The DLSU-less UAAP Starts *sob sob*. We also played during the CLAYGO Launching and CL week at the cafeteria. This month, Search-in was definitely the best thing. Tayong lahat, magkakapatid! Don’t be afraid to let them show, true colors.. true colors…

August: Dad’s birthday, first quarter exams. Boring month actually.

September: James Grey arrives, for the unforgettable two week visit. Search-in is cancelled, Milenyo hits the country. What a month. Most notable would be our experience at Metrowalk, Policing Australians and running of for refuge at Paulo’s house (where it was actually more difficult). Fun night It was also my LYC Formation Camp. Lord! Let me in…

October: First Time Faci’s! Search-in Circle 136. Amazing experience. Search-in Cup and Lock-in (My 33 hours of not sleeping is my standing record), and the 2nd Quarter exams. But definitely, Tunog Dos was the best for the month! Oh yeah! Related Blog Post: http://solid0718.multiply.com/journal/item/41

November: Moms birthday. The Producers, we played during English Week upon the super last minute request of Ms. Tin.

December: Mom and Dads wedding anniversary, Give em’ Rock and Search-in Circle 137 (faci again!). Christmas Season, and New Year.

That’s 2006 for me. What made it was definitely Sabaw and Search-in. These two have kept me alive the whole year, *drama mode* how I’ve faced my days of being extremely emo, when the world would seem to collapse on me, when I’d feel the weight of everyone, but these two make me look forward to a while new day *end drama mode*.

But it wasn’t all great, I had lots of problems during this year, how I stressed myself too much at times, how I think I’m superman who could do anything, and most irritating, how I haven’t lived up to my promise earlier this year, but I can still do it. It’s still a long way till February.

Whether 2006 was fun or not, *drama mode* the memories made this year, whether happy or sad, may have changed me to become a better person. I hope I’ve influenced others the same way. I’ve made friends, lots of friends, gone closer to some of my friends. Despite all the bad things that happened to me last year, there is more good than I think. We tend to remember the band moments but we forget the moments when we have fun. We’re all like that, in a trip to the mall, you will remember the stain on your shirt, a whole in your pants or your bad hair day, but you forget the precious moments you’ve spent having fun with your friends. Let’s remember, no matter how crappy the year was, there is always more good to it. And if you (the reader) has felt anytime during the year, that you we’re alone, I’m sure your friends were there to catch you, and if not I’m sure God was there to save you. That is the ultimate good, God enver left us alone. *end drama mode*

Let’s enjoy the upcoming 2007! There are so much stuff to look forward to! Happy New Year everyone
